About the Course

The art of meditation is to experience the moment completely openly and freshly. Maybe you have already meditated or read about it, put that aside for a moment. Don't come as an expert; put aside the lens of the past. Try the childish approach, really open.


It is important to understand exactly what you are doing and why you are doing it. You don't want to just wander around trying to be quiet. Therefore you get:

  • Two guided meditations and


  • An invitation for a trial lesson
