Insight into the chaos of my life
At 40, I had everything that was supposed to make me happy: a loving husband, a two-year-old son and a successful managerial career. But behind the scenes, I was constantly juggling responsibilities, trying to meet everyone’s expectations—and losing myself in the process.
No matter how hard I tried, it never felt like enough. I was exhausted, disconnected and overwhelmed by a deep sense of emptiness. Something was missing, though I couldn’t put my finger on it.
One morning, I found the courage to open up to my husband. “I’m not happy anymore,” I told him. “We barely communicate and I feel like I’m just getting by."To my relief, he understood. That moment marked the beginning of my journey—toward myself, toward more meaning, and toward a different future.
I began prioritizing meditation. Not as something on a to-do list, but as a daily anchor. Four years later, I stood at Schiphol Airport, suitcase in hand, on my way to my first retreat with Adyashanti. That retreat changed everything. Meditation didn’t just bring me calm—it gave me clarity, confidence and a sense of deep inner peace.
Adyashanti’s approach felt like food for my soul. I had been meditating since I was sixteen and had glimpses of joy and connection—but I struggled to apply those moments to everyday life. His teachings, grounded in simplicity and honesty, gave me practical ways to experience my true nature. For the first time, I allowed my thoughts and feelings to simply exist, without judgment or resistance. I discovered a space within myself where I could rest, reset and feel whole again.
What moved me most was how relatable he was. We could talk about everyday things—messy thoughts, frustration, sadness, doubt—and he showed me there was another way to relate to it all. Slowly, I began to bring that wisdom into my daily life.
From that moment on, meditation became my anchor. It helped me find clarity amid chaos and restored my balance in difficult moments. It has supported my mental health, strengthened my relationships and helped me stay connected to myself—even when life gets messy.
At first, meditation was a personal journey. But over time, more and more people began asking me how to begin. I saw how powerful it could be, even in the busiest of lives. That’s why I now offer meditation sessions alongside my coaching practice.
With Present Training I offer coaching & meditation.
In addition, I have set up and given leadership training in Lebanon.

Leadership training for girls in Lebanon
Lebanese and Syrian girls aged 14 to 21 are often war children who have experienced a lot. Through leadership training, they take control back into their own hands. The project delivers great results. Especially when you see that despair is replaced by dignity, a sense of togetherness and a new perspective on the future.
