Introductory meeting

Every coaching journey begins with a free introductory meeting. We schedule a time, you complete an intake form and together we explore whether there’s a good match.

Sustainable change takes time. Typically, a trajectory of 7 to 10 sessions allows for deep transformation. However, shorter paths can also be effective—it’s always tailored to your needs.
​
To support the process, I may use a strengths-based assessment such as the StrengthsFinder or Birkman test, especially in the early stages of the coaching journey.​

Costs and reimbursements
​
For clients who are employed, the employer is often prepared to invest financially in a coaching trajectory. Ask someone from HR or your manager about this, because coaching is often paid from the training budget. For self-employed entrepreneurs, (work-related) coaching can often be included as a cost item and is therefore tax deductible. For private individuals, there are sometimes also options to deduct it from taxes as a career-learning trajectory. Since I am registered with the CRKBO, VAT exemption may apply for courses that fit within this scheme.

Private coaching: € 109,- including VAT

Location
​
Everyone has their own needs, one wants face-to-face coaching, the other prefers to have a session online. Both options are possible. Coaching on location takes place in Amsterdam Centrum or on Marken.
Cancellation
​
Sometimes you have to cancel or change an appointment, this is possible free of charge up to 48 hours in advance. After that, the session will be charged at 50%.​
Professional Certified Coach​
I am a Professional Certified Coach (PCC), accredited by the International Coach Federation (ICF), the world’s largest professional organization for coaches. I have been trained in the Co-Active Coaching method, which focuses on the whole person and encourages deep, lasting transformation.
