About the Course

Do you want more inner peace and emotional stability by making meditation part of your daily life? Then download these seven guided meditations that ensure that you easily can integrate meditation into your weekly routine. You will receive clear instructions and an invitation to join the bi-weekly meditation with the community for 6 months, free of charge.


  • The first meditations are about 'being aware' and lay the foundation for your meditation.


  • Then there are variations on the 'body scan', so that you are not just meditating with your head.


  • The sequel is about the obstacles you may encounter in your meditation and how to deal with them.



If you have any questions, you can always attend the biweekly meditation evening.
